Cooking
Prepare all the ingredients. You can change them depending on your tastes and preferences. Spread the bread in a container for baking. Put sausage and tomatoes.
Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the egg yolks and whisk the whites with salt till the formation of stable peaks. If you want to use the whole egg yolks, eggs need to take more.
Spread egg "hat" on top of the sandwich
In the middle make a hole and carefully pour in the yolk
Put a bow on top and cheese, send in a preheated 200 degree oven. Cooking time 10-12 minutes
The finished dish can be decorated with fresh greenery. Bon appetit!
