Baked pumpkin with onions
Autumn I always associate with pumpkin. This versatile vegetable goes well with almost everything. Here today I offer you a pumpkin with a bow. Very flavorful, simple and healthy dish.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Onion

    250 g

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Cooking

Pumpkin cut into cubes.

Cut onion into large feathers.

Add the soy sauce, vegetable oil, grain mustard, cumin, pepper, salt (if needed). Stir everything up.

Spread on a baking sheet. And bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, until cooked pumpkin.

The dish is ready! It remains only to decorate with greenery.
