Chicken liver with pickled cucumbers
My family loves ABC. One day it occurred to me to cook this dish with chicken liver, which we also love very much. I used pickles that go perfectly with the liver. It was very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Chop the onion, fry it on medium heat until transparent.

Chicken liver thoroughly washed, cut into random pieces, add to the onions. Fry for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Slice pickles. I will cleanse them from the skin, but this is optional. I use pickled cucumbers TM "6 acres" "crunchy Cucumbers".

Add the cucumbers to the liver, add the tomato paste and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add ground black pepper, salt to taste.

Because my dish is a "distant relative" of ABC, to offer with the potatoes. Very tasty!
