We have a range of drifts, frost, wind, and so I want warmth, sunshine and fruit, so I invite everyone to eat delicious fruit cake. The idea is not new, of course, but I know that there are many problems with the biscuits, so I give his own version - without the starch and baking powder, but it always turns out baking for the first time in 12 years and since then always use it, this never happened.

Proceed to the cake, I gave the number of ingredients for 2 biscuits, but you can do one. Whisk the whites (without anything) in a foam, begin whisking on low speed, gradually maximizing.
Only now gradually add the sugar, leading whites to hard peaks. Important! if You had to stop whisking, you should start again with minimum power.
Now add gradually, alternating between each, the egg yolks and flour; when they ended, it is possible (but optional) to add flavoring, continue whisking until bubbles. The dough pour in a greased form (sprinkle with flour and covered with paper is not necessary) d=23 cm; as I have a double batch, I baked at the same time in two forms.
Put the dough in a preheated oven (if gas, then 180 gr., if electric, then 200 gr.) bake 25 minutes, readiness check toothpick. Important! first 15, better 20 minutes the oven do not open.
While the cake is baking, whisk the cream with sugar. There is nothing I can not advise, since itself this procedure done for the first time.
Biscuits cut with a sharp knife and engineered, instead of vodka, you can use a strong brew, brandy, dry white wine, fruit syrups, but it is not necessary to fill cakes, 1-1,5 tbsp. on the cake is enough. After that you can collect any version of biscuit cake.
Strawberries (fresh, frozen or, like me, canned in own juice), cut lengthwise into halves, if large, then into four parts, divide into 3 portions. One portion spread on the cake and cover the cream, the procedure is repeated 2 more times.
The fourth Korzh put the split down and covered with fruit of your choice (I have a pear, banana and tangerine).
Bred jelly according to the instructions on the package, but the water take 2 times less than the specified value, give it a little cool (but not harden) in the fridge and small portions cover the fruit. Jelly should be able to grab, and not run off the cake.
Now we have to do "drifts" - sides of cake coat with cream and protrusive coconut, syringe formed by the rim and sent the cake in the fridge for at least a couple of hours.
