Did this cake for a birthday of a loved one. Delicious, with a thick coconut layer....... as they say, heavenly delight)))) Similar cakes on the site is, but mine is many different from them)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    400 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 Tbsp

  • Condensed milk

    1 can

  • Coconut shavings

    200 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    1 pack

Products for the dough (see photo no sugar, but we remember that we need half a Cup))))) melt Butter, add sugar and yogurt, stir, add the egg, again stir well, add the flour, pudding, soda, knead the dough. The dough is like thick cream. Bake at 180 for about 30 mins (depending on oven).

Here! The biscuit is tender and, thanks to the vanilla pudding, with a funky hint of vanilla. Let cool, cut in half.

Half of the cake put coconut mass, cover with second half of cake. Don't worry that the coconut layer is so thick! First, it is the relish, and secondly, it is great to cut after curing)

Glaze. Mix butter, cocoa, sugar and a couple tablespoons of water and boil for a few minutes after boiling. Don't forget to stir!
