Cheesecakes from cottage cheese with a banana
Just cheesecake is certainly delicious. But just. Diversity filling, which can be made from any fruit. In this recipe cheesecake — bananas. Tasty, tender, with a delicate aroma of vanilla and sweet banana taste.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

The egg slightly beat with a fork. Do not whip the egg with a mixer. The cheesecakes don't need the extra air. Heated curd forms steam, which loosens the dough. If there is a lot of air in the pan the cheese will swell and the plate will fall off, turned into pancakes. Add vanilla, salt and sugar. Mix well.

Add to the egg cheese and soda, mix well.

Then, sift the flour and add the semolina. Knead a soft and slightly stick dough. Leave for half an hour to semolina swelled.

On a work surface sprinkle a little flour, shape dough into a sausage and cut into small circles. Banana cut into medium-sized pieces (not thick and not thin).

From each piece to make the flapjack, putting at the centre of a slice of banana, then close the edges and shape the cheesecakes.

Fry on medium heat in a small amount of oil until Golden brown.

Serve immediately hot.
