Meat pots
To cook meat in pots, though not very soon, but it's easy enough. Typically, such a hot I take some meat – pork, beef or lamb. You can and the Turkey. This time I decided to mix pork and beef. At the crossroads of different properties (fatter pork, beef denser) the effect is always interesting. Can this dish be prepared in one large pot or cauldron. But the pots will be just such a volume that fits in each one serving. However, pretty decent.

  • Potatoes

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    6 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Beef and pork chop not too finely. Potatoes clean, cut into large cubes.

Onion – half rings or quarters.

Into each pot (I have 6) pour a little vegetable oil just to the bottom was blurred. Spread a layer of potatoes, then onions, beef, pork on top. Salt and pepper the layers better, but without fanaticism.

Put a spoonful of sour cream – it will give the dish extra softness and taste.

Pots cover with lids or foil, set on a baking sheet, place in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 50 minutes.
