Chicken cutlets with Parmesan
Quick to prepare, but no less tasty chicken cutlets. These cakes will appeal not only adults but also little picky. Come on in, help yourself!!!

Chicken can be ground using a blender, I chopped with a knife. Grate cheese on fine grater. To chopped/minced various meat add cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste, add your favorite spices/herbs. I added a blend of Italian herbs. Mix everything carefully. The beef is ready.

Divide the stuffing into 6 parts and form patties. I gave the cakes a cylindrical shape, rolled cutlet on the plate, crushing a bit with your palm. Prepare three plates: one with flour, another with beaten egg and the third the breadcrumbs. The procedure is as follows: coat the cutlet in flour, then dip in egg and finally coat well in the breadcrumbs.

Prepare a baking pan with cutlets, grease it with olive oil. Put the burgers in the pan and put in a preheated 180°C oven to bake for about 30 minutes. Watch the oven, I flipped burgers once. Ready cutlets are served with fresh vegetables, salad, who wants pasta or other side dish.
