Sauce pork
Recipes gravy a great many, some people call this dish goulash. But looking at the greater part of the recipes and noticed that for some we need some additional ingredients, which increases the cost of this dish, or preparation described in any other way, with some difficulty... In this recipe gravy pork prepared easily and quickly, and the taste turns out very tasty! The meat just melts in your mouth! Well, this sauce is suitable for any side dish!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Flour

    5 Tbsp

  • Broth

    1200 ml

  • Bay leaf

    3 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

Prepare the ingredients. Meat in the photo is a little smaller than necessary for the recipe (which I found in the freezer)

Pork to wash in a stream of cool water, dry and cut into small pieces.

Onions clean, chop dice.

Meat to fry on low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then to the meat add onions, sauté for 5-7 minutes. After salt and pepper, mix well. NOTE: the Pan on this amount of ingredients take it big! I cook in a deep frying pan diameter 28 cm, and better, of course, in Kazan.

Add the flour, stir and fry for 1 minute.

Add tomato sauce, mix well.

To prepare a broth (I have made bouillon cubes). If there is ready stock, very well, if not, then use water

Add Bay leaf, slowly pour in all the broth (water) and mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
