Serbian muckalica
Serbian muckalica -hot dish, cooked in Zepter rules and Zepter cookware. However, we do not use no fat, no water. Healthy, delicious, beautiful and flavorful dish - treat yourself!

Ingredients

  • Beef

    500 g

  • Pepper

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

Meat cut into large slices, onion cubes, bell pepper - large pieces.

Cut the tomatoes into large cubes.

Green onions finely chop.

A saucepan cover with a lid and on medium heat and heated it until the beginning of the green sector on the controller (observed at inner scale) - this indicates that the pot has heated to the desired temperature and start cooking.

Put the meat and fry it for 2-3 minutes until Golden brown. Then turn the meat and fry it on the other side the same.

Open the pan and add the onions.

Add the peppers.

Add the tomatoes, salt, pepper red and black.

Close the lid. Fire do the minimum and bring the arrow of the controller to the middle of the green sector (about 12-15 minutes) turn off the heat and leave the big tamale, "languish" for another 20-25 minutes.
