Rustic potato pancakes
Carnival... In this word has already heard the hiss of pancake dough when you pour it on a hot pan! There just are no pancakes in the world - wheat, and buckwheat, and rye... And I offered to bake a potato. So simple, rustic.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Yeast

    5 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Flour

    350 g

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

step-0
In a small amount of warm milk with a whisk, whisk 2 tbsp of flour, stir in yeast "SAF-moment", stir and leave until the advent of foam "cap" ( for 15 minutes)
step-1
Sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, half the milk, eggs, pour the dough out of yeast
step-2
Raw potatoes pour the remaining warm milk and whisk blender
step-3
The dough pour in the potato mixture. Stir to avoid lumps. Flour may need a little more or a little less. Look at the consistency of the dough. It should be the average between the batter for pancakes and dough fritters
step-4
Leave the dough in a warm place for 1 hour to rise
step-5
Lubricate the pan with oil before each pancake. Pour the batter on a hot griddle.
step-6
Once the pancake is browned on one side, turn it over and brown the second
step-7
Pancakes get fat, delicious, with potato flavor.
