A few words about the dessert. It's a combination loved me for quite some time. Where I found out about it and don't remember, but the sweet cottage cheese, juicy pear and coffee is just divine. For dessert I of course complicated things a little bit + added the coconut, which was eclipsed by the taste of the whole composition and added his touch (at first I was afraid that he will prevail, because to taste it first before adding). The result was simply stunning (well, for me!) dessert. So.
The egg and divide the white and the yolk. To the yolk add the sugar and a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Cook in a water bath, stirring constantly (or on a very small fire, more "constantly" interfering). Cook until thick and complete dissolution of sugar.
In the cooled mass, add the cheese (I have a very soft pasta. If the grains is, wipe the cheese through a sieve. This is to get a completely creamy. But if You normally feel about grains, you can not wipe. When I just prepared in the morning like this dessert, use plain cheese, a little sour cream and powdered sugar, pear and coffee. But here's the holiday version).
For coconut mass, protein wise, beat with sugar, add coconut. You should get a thick coconut mass.
Pear cut in half, cut out the middle (a little pulp is also captured to more weight fit). Pour the pear with lemon juice to avoid darkening.
Stuff the pear with the cheese mass (by the way casual, you can use ready-made cottage cheese, with raisins, for example).
And proceed to the decoration. The plate is a bit sprinkle with powdered sugar. Coconut weight, sculpt snowflake. Install pear on a plate and sprinkle with ground coffee. This is a must! What coffee gives uniqueness of this dessert! Decorate the pear with chopped grapes. And put the second snowflake, only this time on the pear.
Dessert is served chilled.
