Autumn for me is a time of fragrant homemade cakes! The other day from the village I have moved the apples and walnuts, so I decided to share a recipe for a delicious airy cake, which for now is the time:)

Cooking
The first thing before we start to cook, put oil, it will have softened
Prepared nuts, Colima, weighed, lightly toast (dried) for 5 min (Easier, of course, to buy in the store have already been cleaned, but I had these, so...+1 step in cooking:))

Carefully connect both mass and mix...
Apples grate on a coarse grater, gently squeeze and add to the dough... Even the sun looked in my well sooooo flavorful pan:))
Our finished dough gently spread with a spoon into a prepared form and sent in heated to 200 degrees oven for exactly 25 minutes...
After 25 minutes, that impatience seemed endless, we meet out of the oven our podrumyanivaya cake flavored...
