Tea cake
Delicate, light, flavorful and easy to prepare, will appeal to both adults and children.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    550 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    1 pack

  • Sunflower seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Oat flakes

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the package. Cover with wrap and cool. To the cooled pudding, add the whipped egg.

Mix all the ingredients for the dough.

Quickly knead smooth, soft dough. Baking dish a little cool.

Roll out the dough and spread into a round shape (26 cm), making hand bumpers.

Put the cream in the form on the dough. In the oven the cream rises strongly, leave 1cm to the top of the rim.

Sprinkle with mixture of seeds and cereals. Bake for 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 175*C
