Bagels dough for challah
Love baking recipes Maria Kudryashova from the series "honest bread," has a lot of baking in her recipes, one of my favorite is the challah recipe, bake it often, today from this dough baked bagels, they are so fluffy and delicious. Recipe corrected by itself, ingredients increased by half and rounded gramolini.

Ingredients

In the water dissolve the yeast and sugar, mix with all other ingredients and knead the dough, knead 10 minutes more until a plastic mass. Fold the dough in the bowl, close with cling film, greased lightly with vegetable oil, leave to ferment for 90 minutes.

Divide the dough into 12 pieces (can be 8 - 10), to podcating them in the balls to close with a towel, leave for 10 minutes to rest.
