Air puff pastry, lush cream, fragrant strawberries - a combination of classic and always a safe bet, but... a little bored. What if to make here a little diversity and add a caramel note? I took a chance and absolutely did not regret about it! Recommend, this is sooo yummy, besides simple and fast!

Such baskets can be prepared with any shape - round, square, you can bake them in shapes, or just slice the dough into rectangles and make a dessert in the shape of cakes. It all depends on your desire and time. Today I made baskets in the form of stars. To do this, cut through the felling of large size workpieces 16. At the end of the whipping add to it the caramel and beat for another few seconds. In each basket put a little cream and a strawberry. If desired, lightly sprinkle the dessert with powdered sugar.
