Cooking
It's pretty simple. I, as always, used the help of my bread machine. But traditionally, by hand. To do this in a bowl pour the flour, add the yeast, 1 teaspoon sugar and warm milk. Gently stir and leave for 20 minutes to stand. Then add the remaining sugar, the soft butter, cottage cheese, vanilla and cranberries. To put to knead and get the dough. After the program ended, I left the dough more to stand for 20 minutes.
Put the dough on a floured table and roll it to a thickness of 2-3 cm. Cut into cubes 6x6 cm, spread on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes.
