This recipe in the Italian blog was intended for a bread machine, and I write the exact sequence of laying products for the secret of Italian bread machine: milk, yeast, sugar, half of flour, salt, softened butter, salt, remaining flour, vanilla flavoring and egg. I have no bread machine and the recipes I bake very easily in the usual way of cooking all products from the yeast. To prepare the dough: fresh yeast diluted in 90 ml of warm milk, a little sprinkle of sugar, cover the mixture with a napkin. While the dough is suitable, prepare all the ingredients for dough and kneading: the sugar and cold beat egg, then add the melted butter, flavoring and approached the sourdough, salt and then the sifted flour.
All good hands to knead, cover with a cloth and leave in a warm place for 20-30 minutes.
Then pierce in several places coming up the dough and you can once again leave him to raise.
Put the dough on a floured surface, form into a loaf and cut into 11-12 pieces.
I follow this recipe and baked 2 times for a contest and played with a number of "roses". For the third time my flowers that were supposed to embody the spring for the final photos have pojavili. So 3rd times happened and I'll just tell you from experience that the ideal number - 11-12 pieces. 8 - was not enough, as when laying formed the space between the roses, they fell, but in the end, in General it was a good pie. In the middle of each is to not spread the liquid jam (I have BlackBerry), roll and put them in a greased form.
This is a photo of my second experiment with raspberry jam, when I decided to cut them perfect, Cup. The result is a waste of them did more 4 pieces. And in the end my 16 "roses" in a loaf pan just didn't fit nicely. Conclusion: only 11-12 pieces and not just put in 2 rows and in a staggered manner, and that they necessarily relate to each other.

But the recipe was written (if I correctly translated) that the dough should be left overnight in the bread maker is turned off, and in the morning bake for 20-23 minutes, pre-dusted with icing sugar.
