Quiche with salmon and mozzarella
The recipe is very good, but I like amazing combination of salted salmon and mozzarella, which makes the taste of this cake so tender and the spring.

Ingredients

  • Shortbread dough

    300 g

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Tomato paste

    50 ml

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Mozzarella

    50 g

The basis of a quiche - shortcrust pastry. I always keep in the fridge the dough is ready in case of arrival of guests, but if You have the dough, it is possible to quickly prepare. My recipe is simple: 300 gr. flour to connect with 100gr. butter, all chopped, add 100ml. natural yoghurt, a little salt and sugar. That's all. Ready to roll out the dough, prick with a fork and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 10 minutes.

Prepare the filling: combine the cream, tomato paste and half the grated Parmesan.

Salmon fillets with a thin crowbar, add mozzarella cheese and roll rolls. The finished rolls lay out on propertiesa dough.

Pour the quiche filling, sprinkle the rest of Parmesan and put in the oven for another 15 minutes.

The finished quiche to cool slightly and serve with fresh arugula.
