Pie
Turned out very tender and tasty dish. A cross between flan and pudding. Cook quickly and easily, hence the name. Prepared it in the evening so as to eat a slice in the evening, and leave the rest for Breakfast. To win this miracle was virtually no chance.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    500 g

  • Margarine

    0.5 pack

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

Shred cabbage finely, slightly to prisolit well and mash with your hands.

In a frying pan, melt half of margarine and fry the chopped onions until light Golden brown. Then add remaining margarine.

While the onion is fried to make the dough, whisking eggs, adding sour cream with mayonnaise, salt, baking powder and flour.

To the cabbage add the onion passerovanny along with fat. Pepper and mix well. Put the cabbage in a baking dish.

Pour the cabbage batter and to help the test be distributed among the cabbage, slightly piercing to the bottom and pushing the dough with a fork or knife. Put in a preheated 200-220 degree oven for 30 minutes.
