Easter cake on the custard test
This recipe last year shared with me a friend. It bake cakes all in their organization. She admonished me with the words: - "once you try to bake other recipes and try then you will not." And so it happened. Now I have your recipe for the cakes!!! Unfortunately, this year I can't bake, but want to share with you this wonderful recipe. Maybe someone else can come in handy.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    9 piece

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Melted butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

    900 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    180 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    300 g

  • Lemon peel

  • Vanilla

  • Flour

    15 cup

  • Orange zest

Cooking

Prepare choux pastry. 0,75 l milk, 300 g of butter to the boil. Gradually add 3 cups flour, stir well and allow to cool

Prepare the sourdough. Yeast (180g) mixed with 0.5 cups of milk and a tablespoon of sugar. Allow to rise.

The dough is mixed with choux dough, add 9 egg yolks, 300g of melted butter, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, 9 900g whipped with sugar proteins. Add the flour and knead a soft dough. Leave in a warm place covered with a towel and leave to rise 2-3 times.

After the 2nd rise the dough add the raisins, zest and vanilla.

Sort shapes up, and to give up (from the edge on 1 finger). Bake at temperature 180-200°C 25-30 minutes (small) and 40 minutes (large litre).

Hot cakes to grease with glaze. I have 1 egg white, whipped with 0.5 cups of sugar.
