Cooking

On a DRY pan put the mushrooms and "fry" them on a medium heat until the liquid is evaporated and then add to it with vegetable oil and finely nerezannyh bow. Fry everything together on low fire for 10-15 minutes.

To the warm rice, add the eggs and a third of the cheese, stir.
Another third of the cheese added to the mushrooms, stir.
