Rice-Namangan
This recipe was brought from Uzbekistan my uncle, he lived in Namangan and Uzbeks learned to cook many delicious dishes. Real Uzbek pilaf we only eat when his uncle comes to visit us, but to prepare it, I probably will never be resolved. It's a ritual. But the rice for this recipe I cook often, until you run out of pumpkin. The rice always turns out beautiful, crumbly, but not dry due to the large number of vegetables. I recommend to try.

To prepare the products. Onions, carrots and pumpkin peel.

Meat, pumpkin and onion cut into cubes, carrot cubes, nuts grind.

In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the meat and vegetables.

Add the rice, curry, nuts, salt and mix well.

Add in the form or a ramekin. Pour hot water so that the vegetables were completely covered. Form cover with foil. Put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. Be guided by your oven.
