Carrots grate on a fine grater.
Walnuts finely chop with a knife. You can also grate, but I think taste better when they are pieces of felt in the salad.
Mix carrots with walnuts, sour cream. If the carrot is sweet enough and you don't follow the diet, you can add a teaspoon of sugar. Also a salad can be charged with yogurt, but with sour cream tastier.
To give the salad to brew for 5 minutes. Bon appetit!
