I love cold fish and the marinade just love. However, tomato marinade sometimes get bored and then I do white marinade sauce based on wine or lemon juice, or brine from cucumbers or tomatoes. But this time I added the dressing to pickle Caesar – fast and convenient!

Cooking
Fish cut into kruglyashi. The catfish is convenient to marinate the tail section – where the thickness just right. Clean vegetables, chop onions, and carrots to RUB on a large grater.
Fry the fish in minimum oil until brown.
Remove the fish to a plate and put in the pan the vegetables. Sauté while stirring until soft.
Add vegetables to dressing for the pickle Caesar – half of the package will be sufficient. Pepper from the soul, and salt to taste. Pour a glass of boiling water.
Add a couple tablespoons of cream cheese. You can substitute cheese for sour cream or cream. Our objective is to whiten the marinade for beauty and to give it a slightly creamy taste.
Bring the marinade to a boil and heat a few minutes. To turn off the heat and put the fish in the marinade, coating well with marinade on all sides. Give the fish to cool, then put into the refrigerator overnight.
Feeding fish marinated chilled, but remove from the refrigerator half an hour before serving. Serve, garnished with parsley.
