Kefir buns
Similar recipe found at Nadi (Gadenka), but, rather, the festive variant. My recipe easier, every day. You can prepare the dough for bread is not just for yogurt, but sour milk, yogurt. Scones are lush and airy.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Yogurt

    250 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

Cooking

Dissolve the yeast in a little WARM water. Mix the yogurt with HOT water, add the egg and yolk, oil, salt and sugar. Mix everything and pour in the flour + has already started to "play" the yeast. Knead a soft dough, adding flour. Cover the bun with a towel and put in warm place to rise.

The risen dough, as usual, emminem, cut into pieces, hands make a pancake.
