Cooking
To combine butter, sugar and yolks of eggs. Whip this fluffy mass, add the flour and knead a soft dough.
Beat the egg whites with 1tbsp. a spoonful of water. The dough is divided into balls of 2.5 cm, dipped them in beaten egg white and roll them in the nuts. The balls spread out on a baking sheet, pressing down with your finger to make balls in the center of the recess.
Bake for 20 minutes at a temperature of 150 degrees. Remove from the oven, press once midway. Lay them 1/2 teaspoon of jam. Do not remove cookies from baking sheet until it cools. Enjoy your tea!!!
