Description
Recipe peeped in "food diary" Dasha Malakhova, which, in turn, saw him at "the great and unique Jamie Oliver" :) of Course, I, as always, gladly changed it. It turned out amazingly delicious!

Cooking
Wash the fish, remove the scales, if it is, cut the fins. Cut into large chunks.
Prepare sauce in which to marinate the fish. Kefir or natural yogurt, pour it into a deep container,
Press out cloves of garlic to make garlic juice was in the sauce.
Now add a tablespoon of turmeric,
Peel ginger root and grate on a fine grater, add to the sauce and mix well.
Pour the fish and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the fish is marinating, peel the potato and boil it until slightly soft. This is to ensure that the potatoes do not remain raw when the fish is ready. Boiled potatoes cut into wide circles.
Take out of the fridge and put the fish in a baking dish, alternating with boiled potatoes. Pour the remaining sauce.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 150-180 degrees, about 20-30 minutes. The fish turns out flavorful and spicy. A pleasant appetite!
