Ingredients

  • Waffles

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Beets

    1 piece

Biscuits and wafers pass through a meat grinder,add sour cream and mix well.

Beets grate on a fine grater and squeeze the juice. Put the sugar into a separate bowl.

From cookie-waffle dough make small balls (diameter 2 cm),dip them thoroughly in a beet juice and roll in sugar.

Put on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
