I remember in my younger days sold plum wine in one-litre jars. It was, of course, not a dessert ))) And now I want to suggest you to cook with me dessert "+21". Plum with red wine blend is simply amazing. Don't believe? Try it!

Ingredients

  • Drain

    10 piece

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

  • Carnation

Cooking

Cut plums into halves, remove pits. Fold the halved plums in a heatproof dish.

Pour plum mixture of wine and sugar.

Put the plums in the oven at 120 degrees for half an hour. The cover is not closed.

Ready plums cools, put in a bowl and served to the table. If you want you can steal the dessert whipped cream.
