Pie with fish and sauerkraut
I very much like the cabbage. In any form. At one time my father used to say that I'm a rabbit, I could only eat cabbage all day. Delicious, rich cake. Hope You like it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cabbage

    250 g

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

I did the dough in the bread maker. Very handy while preparing the dough, you can do filling.

Cabbage finely chop, add salt and crush well with your hands.

Fish fillets (I pangasius) cut into cubes. Well lubricated with salt and sprinkle with lemon juice 3-4 tbsp and leave for 15-20 minutes. The juice is then drained.

Onions cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. When the onion is ready, remove from the pan.

In a pan add cabbage, tomato paste and fish. All fry slightly, take out from the pan and mix with onions.

Divide the dough into two parts: one bigger and the second smaller. Roll out a piece that is bigger and put on the bottom of the form, making bumpers. Put the stuffing, cover with a second layer. Press firmly on the sides. Lubricates the yolk.

Bake in preheated oven at t= 180 * approximately 25-30 minutes. Look at the oven. The pie is delicious either warm or cold kind. Bon appetit!!
