Description

Tempting cake in the French style with walnut frangipane filling in a letter of interpretation will please any and surprise everyone not only in the fall.

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Apple

  • Almonds

    200 g

In the sifted flour RUB on a coarse grater butter, add sugar and RUB until crumbs. Add the egg yolk, knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for half an hour.

Roll out the dough, put in a baking dish and pierce with a fork so the dough does not rise, bake at 180градусах 20 minutes.

Make the pecan filling. Beat butter with sugar, add eggs, then nuts and flour, vzbivaem in a blender. The brown sugar gives the filling a delicate taste of caramel.
