Once upon a time found this recipe Julia La Perla in blog and because I love chicken liver, and pumpkin, and apples, I always cook this dish in the season.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products. Fruits, vegetables wash, peel, cut into large cubes. Liver is cleaned from the films and fat, blot with paper towel to dry.
In a small amount of olive oil quickly fry the liver on both sides until Golden brown. In the middle of it should remain pink.
Separately fry the pumpkin until also Golden brown.
Add the apples, lightly fry, pour the wine, add sugar, salt, pepper, cinnamon. When the wine is slightly evaporated, add the liver, stir and taste. Watch that the apples with the pumpkin turned into a mess. Cook for 1-2 minutes so all the ingredients exchanged flavors and aromas.
Serve immediately. The preparation of this dish takes 15 minutes maximum.
