step-1
To prepare the cabbage as for stuffed cabbage, but without the rigor ( the leaves may not be completely intact..) I do it in the microwave for 7-8 min., you can just boil.. as long as it was soft..
step-2
To prepare the stuffing, soak bread in milk, squeeze and add to the mince, onion finely chop, add 1 tbsp of mustard, add the egg, herbs, spices, and mix well.
step-3
Put in refractory form, to make the molding in a roll.
step-4
Put the cabbage leaves, overlapping.
step-5
Then strips of bacon. Preheat the oven to 150 - 170%, and put the loaf for 35-45 minutes.
step-6
While the roulade is cooked, make the sauce: Heat the butter, lightly fry in it the flour, add the milk, broth (or water), bring to boil, cook 5-6 minutes, add grated cheese 10-120g., give it to bloom, add spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg optional), and the sauce is ready!
step-7
Pour the loaf sauce on top sprinkle with remaining cheese, and return back to the oven for 15-20 minutes, until fully baked.
step-8
Roll ready!
step-9
Give it to cool slightly and get.
step-10
The roll holds its shape well.
step-11
Bon appetit!
