Skewers of coho salmon in a creamy soy sauce
Offered to taste a very juicy, tender and incredibly tasty skewer of salmon - the coho!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    350 g

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

Cooking

Here's a piece of fish, with which we will work.

To remove the skin, remove the bones and cut the fish into pieces, about 3х3см.

Pour into a separate Cup cream and

the soy sauce.

Add the paprika,

nutmeg and salt to taste. Mix well.

Add the marinade to the fish,

Mix gently (the fish is very delicate) and set aside to marinate for at least 6 hours. I marinated overnight.

Put the fish in a colander over a saucepan. Leave for 10 minutes to drain the liquid and fish a little dried out. Carefully thread the fish pieces on skewers and

lay on a dish. Preheat the grill to 180C.

Lay out the skewers and close the lid. Do not flatten!

Prepare the grill for 3 minutes. In the pan 5 minutes.
