To put 1 Cup into shape, spread with ketchup;

Put spinach;

Again sprinkle with cheese;
Put on the 2nd mug cakes, spread with ketchup;
Then cut mushrooms;
Then the rings of leeks and cheese again;
Bake at 200 degrees until cooked; Serve warm or cooled in the form!
