Chicken with mustard soy sauce
At least products! Incredibly tender and juicy chicken! Very tasty and satisfying!!! What fragrant! Preparing this chicken, you will not remain indifferent!!!

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Take the chicken. Cut into small pieces (wings and backbone I didn't leave). Bathed by the water. You can use a whole chicken and separate parts (thigh, breast, thighs)

Put the chopped chicken in a bowl. Add the mustard, soy sauce and salt. Mix well and leave to soak for 20 minutes.

Put our chicken in foil (I used 3 layers of foil so that the juice does not leak and the chicken was juicy)

Wrap chicken in foil truffelli. The edges of the foil should be at the top. Well presses the foil.

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes.

50 minutes to get our chicken and unfold the top. Sent again in the oven for 20 minutes for a Golden crust. This step is optional. You can not expanding to bake (as you like).
