Pancakes with mushroom pate
One of our favorite dishes. Once upon a time I found it out for yourself. Now constantly prepare. Try it and you!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    700 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Mushrooms

    700 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

  • Parsley

  • Lemon juice

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Beat with a mixer the eggs, salt, sugar, milk, flour, vegetable oil into a homogeneous mass. Pour in the boiling water. Whisk.

Fry the pancakes.

Pate had previously prepared. Mushrooms mince, fry in vegetable oil for about an hour, add the onions, carrots, chopped bell pepper, simmer another 30 minutes. Salt, pepper.

Then add sour cream about 200-300g and simmer for another 30min. Add fresh herbs, a little lemon juice, garlic.

* Brush the pancakes with the stuffing and sprinkle with cheese. Turn.

Prepare the sauce of sour cream, add salt to taste, pepper, garlic, parsley.
