Description
The idea of this wonderful fruit dessert I found on Serbian culinary website. The dessert is so coveted in our family that I decided to share it with you. The dish is prepared simply and very quickly. The result is a chocolate cupcake into a juicy pear. Cooking dessert in a microwave oven significantly reduces cooking time.

Cooking
Cook the dough. In a bowl, combine the sugar, butter, vanilla sugar, dark chocolate pieces. Melt ingredients in microwave ovens (including microwave power at 900-1000 W for 15 seconds, remove the bowl, mix the ingredients, heat them again, if not melt). Give mass to cool slightly.
To prepare this dessert more often, I use juicy and medium-soft pear. While chocolate cools, my pear, dry with paper towels. Cut the fruit in half, remove the stems. With a spoon remove the seeds Noisette first, then a little more flesh to deepen a bit more. If you cook this dessert of hard pears, I recommend it after cleansing for 1-2 minutes place in a microwave (power 900 watts).
Add in the chocolate mixture the egg (it is better to not take a large egg), flour, sifted with baking powder.
Knead the dough until no lumps of flour.
Lay out the pear halves in the dish with the recess up. Midway filled chocolate batter.
The dish with the prepared pears placed in a microwave oven. Include the oven for 4 minutes at a power of 900 watts. If the dough is slightly cooked around the edges, pears can even be placed in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Dessert is served with a scoop of ice cream, decorated with a leaf of fresh mint. Bon appétit!
