Ingredients

  • Pepper

    6 piece

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    200 ml

  • Ketchup

    100 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

Our main ingredients.

First prepare the peppers. Cut off the side part to the second half with a tail and clean it from seeds.

Now make the filling. Meat and pumpkin cut into small cubes, onion finely shinkuem. All mix, sprinkle with salt.

Meanwhile, make the sauce. Take the mayonnaise, ketchup, garlic passed through chesnokodavku, mix all and add about a Cup of water. Try, if necessary, salt.

Stuff the peppers and put them in the form.

Coat each pepper with a small amount of mayonnaise.

On the bottom of the form (not on the peppers!) pour the sauce and put them in a preheated 200° oven for 30 minutes.

Cheese grate on a fine grater.

After 30 min. to get our peppers, sprinkle cheese and pumpkin seeds and put into the oven for another 15 minutes.

Take out the peppers from the oven, if you have time, decorate with greens and enjoy this colourful autumn dish. :-) Bon appetit! :-)
