Ciabatta with beer
Today I baked a new delicious Italian bread. I only slightly changed the recipe, because I liked the batter on the beer. It turned out delicious.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 kg

  • Yeast

    80 g

  • Beer

    600 ml

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

First make the dough: in beer to dissolve the yeast with the sugar, add 100 gr of flour, stir and put in a warm place for 20-30 minutes. Take the mixer with a test. Beat the egg with salt, add our yeast mixture, flour and olive oil.

Careful stretching, to give the dough the shape of a ciabatta, length as your baking sheet. Baking tray lay a baking paper and sprinkle with flour, put it on our bread and also sprinkle with flour. Cover and leave in a warm place for 45 minutes until the bread will not rise in 2 times. The oven heat to 250 degrees and bake the bread with steam for 10 minutes, then release steam and lower the temperature to 200° and bake bread for another 15 minutes, until dark Golden brown. Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
