Apple pie
Fragrant Apple pie, filled with creamy vanilla caramel. Well, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    300 g

  • Sugar

    250 g

  • Milk

    75 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Apple

    8 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

Caramel: melt 100 g butter and 200 g sugar, add the milk, vanilla and cook for 10 -12 minutes. Cool.

While the caramel cools, make the dough: grind into crumbs 200 g butter, flour, 50 g sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder and nondairy creamer.

In the cooled caramel add the egg and 1tbsp. L. flour, stir, and pour on apples.
