Oat Panna cotta
It is no secret that oatmeal is very beneficial to a growing child's body. So, 40 years ago, and oat flakes were not produced as pure as this oatmeal came across unpleasant skins skins oat grains that did not like children. My mother-in-law invented his own version of oatmeal, devoid of this shortcoming. I remembered her cereal and decided to go for the dessert type my grandsons favorite Panna cottas. Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Gelatin

  • Cream

Instant gelatin mix with 2 tablespoons of cream. If you have a regular gelatin, it is preferably to cover with cold milk or water in a ratio of 1:6 and leave to swell for 30-40 minutes and then heated to dissolution in the IMP or on the stove. Pour the gelatin into the hot oats, creamy mass and carefully stir the mixture until complete dissolution.

Pour the cotta in molds and let cool, then refrigerate until firm.

Prepare the berry jelly according to instructions and pour on a layer of frozen oatmeal jelly. Cooled until firm.
