Cooking
Mix the flour and baking powder, will proseem through a sieve.
Soft butter (50 g) RUB with 1 tbsp nut weight (nuts 1 tablespoon of milled in a coffee grinder).
Prepare DOUGH. Mix 2 egg yolks, 1 egg, sour cream (150 ml), sugar (100 g), peanut butter (oil+nuts)
Add to the egg mixture little by little the flour with the baking powder. Stir so that the dough was without lumps, smooth.
I was stirred with a mixer with attachments for the test. The dough is the consistency like thick cream.
Put the dough in a slightly greased form (I have silicone 20*20).
Cut the pears at the top, put aside. Then cut the pears in two, remove the core and cut into slices (thickness.0.5 cm). Pour the slices with lemon juice.
Stacked slices of pears on the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put in a preheated 180°C oven for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, open the oven and check the Kuchen on a dry match.
Prepare The Meringue. Whisk chilled whites (2 PCs) with a small pinch of salt. 1 tablespoon add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. At the very end add 0.5 CH. l. starch. Whisk until stable peaks.
Ready Kuchen out of the oven. Upload meringue. Three of the top dunks from the pears (only the bottom) to the starch, and laid in the middle, a little deepening. Again put Kuchen in the oven for 10 minutes.
You get this rosy, kitchen.
Ready kitchen you can sprinkle milled nuts (1 tbsp).
And decorate the top with jelly. Prepare the Jelly: 1 tsp gelatin pour cold water according to the instructions. Swollen gelatin to warm up (not boil!) and pour it in cranberry juice (juice 2 tbsp+sugar 0.5 tsp.), stir.
Pour Kuchen on top of the cranberry jelly and put it to cool, allow it to cool and cut into slices. Bon appetit!
