Cooking
Mackerel wash, gut. The head and tail trim. Cut the mackerel into pieces the same. Salt each piece. Then put the fish on foil.
Slice tomato, onion - half rings. Between the pieces of fish put the onion and tomato. After sprinkle with seasoning for fish.
To wrap it in foil and send the fish in the oven for 30-35 minutes on medium heat... and finish!)))
