Try this wonderful aromatic and spicy bread made of lentils with tender filling of cauliflower and topping of nuts and seeds. This is a very tasty and unusual!

Cooking
Boil the lentils according to the instructions on the package. Cauliflower boiled in water or steamed with garlic cloves, make mashed potatoes, salt to taste, add the finely chopped coriander.
Onions and celery finely and fry with carrots and peppers until soft. Add the lentils, spices and salt to taste. Add cereal mix, fire off.
I used the Hercules company Mistral.
Most of the mass grind in a blender into a more smooth puree. Form for baking lay oiled parchment paper. To shift into the form of ground mass and distribute on bottom and sides of the form, well primina. Fill the center of the loaf mashed cauliflower
The remaining unground portion to use as a topping, mixed with sunflower seeds and chopped nuts. To put on top of cabbage, a good trample.
