Chicken liver baked with carrots
The liver turns out not dry, tasty.

Ingredients

  • Chicken liver

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    8 Tbsp

The liver is laid in a form, greased with vegetable oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

The next layer is onions, roughly chopped.

Then carrots, grated on a coarse grater. Season with salt and pepper. Grease it with mayonnaise (sour cream) and put in the oven, preheated to 180-200 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Ready. You can serve it with any side dish.
