Cooking
To prepare the marinade. Mix soy sauce, olive oil, tomato paste, vinegar and vodka. The meat season with salt and pepper, if desired sprinkle with spices and put in the marinade. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, not forgetting periodically to flip the meat in the marinade.
On a well-heated pan put the meat, fry for 10 minutes (on the fire a little more than average). Flip meat, close to put diced pepper and sliced garlic. Fire little less. Fry the peppers for 5 minutes to crisp.
