Salad garnish with green beans
Salad garnish with green beans and sun-dried tomatoes is the best fit to lean the table and diversify your menu. This salad can be served as warm or cold.

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    200 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    10 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Red onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil for 1 - 2 minutes.

Green beans (not defrosting), add to the onions, fry, stirring, 4-5 minutes.

Add soy sauce, fry for another 2 minutes.

Sun-dried tomatoes cut into small pieces, together with flakes of paprika to add to the beans. Fry for another 3 minutes.

Add the breadcrumbs, stir and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
