Sugar cakes
Very tasty, fragrant puff cakes of dough, with a crunchy sugar crust.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

Combine the cheese, flour, eggs, 1/2 Cup sugar, chopped butter, baking soda, repaid lemon juice. Knead soft, gentle dough. It should slightly stick to the hands. Put the cold for 30 minutes.
