Cooking
Combine the cheese, flour, eggs, 1/2 Cup sugar, chopped butter, baking soda, repaid lemon juice. Knead soft, gentle dough. It should slightly stick to the hands. Put the cold for 30 minutes.
Mix 1/2 Cup sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. This will be the topping.
